according to PC MAGAZINE (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2335759,00.asp) then how come http://www.speedtest.net/ clocks their download speed at 2.65 mb/s and upload speed at 2.30 mb/s? While Corvallis, OR, (oregon ranks #13) clocks in at 50.07 mb/s download and 2.51 mb/s upload. Oregon is faster. WTF???
