Voting Question: UBC Vancouver or Oregon State in Corvallis?

I am a Canadian citizen living in the States, I have the choice of either going to college at UBC in Vancouver or Oregon State University in Corvallis. UBC is a much better school, and Vancouver is much more exciting than Corvallis, but I have a bigger chance of getting into my planned degree (pharmacy) in Oregon State.
